Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our credit card sales team in Mysore, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of the sales team and strategic planning and execution of credit card sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the credit card segment.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
Identify and prioritize potential customers for credit card acquisition, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, merchants, and business partners, to drive credit card acquisition and usage.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions to drive credit card sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies and tactics.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the credit card segment to maintain competitiveness and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales management experience, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit cards.
Strong understanding of credit card products, market dynamics, and customer behavior, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results.
