Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager to join our B2B sales team in Mysore, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of B2B relationships and partnerships in the general insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the general insurance segment.
Identify and prioritize potential B2B clients, including businesses, organizations, and institutions, to promote our general insurance products and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments to customize insurance packages that meet clients' specific requirements and budget.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the general insurance sector to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our insurance offerings.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth and success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience in the general insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions.
