Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Relationship Manager to join our team in Mysore, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key relationships with finance companies, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through effective collaboration and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with finance companies, including banks, lending institutions, and financial intermediaries, to drive business growth and revenue generation.

• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with finance companies, exploring avenues for collaboration and cross-selling of financial products and services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for finance companies, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to develop customized solutions and deliver value-added services to finance partners.

• Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with finance partners to assess mutual goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth and success.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to finance partners, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of partnering with RupayBaazar.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is preferred.

• Proven track record of successful relationship management experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on managing relationships with finance companies.

• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, lending, investments, and insurance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with finance partners at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and revenue generation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

• Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
