Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Mysore, Karnataka, focusing on our credit card portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving usage and activation of credit cards through effective sales and relationship management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential customers for credit card acquisition, including individuals and businesses, through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored credit card solutions.
Conduct thorough financial assessments and credit checks to evaluate customers' eligibility for credit cards and determine appropriate credit limits.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of our credit card offerings, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Drive card activation and usage among customers, implementing targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to encourage card usage.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer service teams, to enhance the credit card offering and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to credit cards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit cards.
Strong understanding of credit card products, features, and associated risks, with the ability to conduct financial assessments and credit checks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
