Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Insurance Trainer who will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our employees in the insurance department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our team members have the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees in the insurance department, covering topics such as insurance products, sales techniques, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules, to support training initiatives and facilitate learning.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes, and make recommendations for enhancements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance training and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance training or a similar role in the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, including curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with employees and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and training software/tools.
Relevant certifications in training and development or insurance education (e.g., LOMA, CPCU) are preferred.
Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
