Job Description:

We are seeking proactive and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Service Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.

• Assist customers with account-related activities, such as account openings, closures, and account maintenance.

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

• Educate customers on our products and services, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

• Promote and cross-sell financial products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their financial well-being.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.

• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing financial services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions to customer issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products and services.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

• Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
