Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable software solutions for financial products and services.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including mentoring and coaching, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead the technical architecture and design of software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and maintainability.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, and leverage insights to drive technological innovation and advancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful delivery of software projects.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of software releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on financial services, including banking, insurance, or related industries.

• Strong technical expertise in Java/J2EE or similar technologies, as well as experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

• Experience with modern software development practices and tools, including Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
