Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our financial products and services. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to define product strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive product development initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications.

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including prioritization of features, development of user stories, and sprint planning.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of products, and iterate on product features and functionalities based on data-driven insights.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product priorities and decisions.

• Drive product adoption and engagement through effective go-to-market strategies, including product messaging, pricing, and positioning.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the financial services sector, and leverage insights to inform product strategy and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

• Proven track record of successful product management experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of banking, insurance, investments, or related products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving product innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and self-directed approach to work.

• Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
