Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Mysore, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies targeting both businesses and individual customers in the general insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in both B2B and B2C segments.
Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses and individual customers, to promote our general insurance products and services.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and risk assessments to customize insurance packages that meet clients' specific requirements and budget.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our insurance offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful B2B/B2C sales experience in the general insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Must be based in Mysore or willing to relocate.
